How to grip the Perfect Rotation ball

Grip

Place the index, middle finger, and/or ring fingers (or whichever finger combination is most comfortable for you) in the patented channel on the Perfect Rotation™ basketball.

Spread your fingers far enough apart to comfortably balance the Perfect Rotation™ basketball in one hand. Leave space between the ball and the middle of your palm.

You should be able to insert a pencil between the Perfect Rotation™ basketball and your palm.

The Perfect Rotation™ basketball should sit on your finger pads.

Balance Hand

Your non-shooting or off/guide hand is used to balance the Perfect Rotation™ basketball.

Your non-shooting or off/guide hand should be on the side of the Perfect Rotation™ basketball.

Your non-shooting hand should not add force or spin to your shot.

Your non-shooting hand should not move on delivery and should always come off the ball first.

Delivery

The Perfect Rotation™ basketball should start motion directly upwards from the waist (no dipping of the ball).

Your elbow should be positioned comfortably under the Perfect Rotation™ basketball.

The Perfect Rotation™ basketball stays in front of you and should not go behind your head.

Your elbow and wrist should extend in a straight line to your target.

Hand position on delivery is very important. Your off/guide hand stays to the side and does not influence flight of the Perfect Rotation™ basketball.

The Perfect Rotation™ basketball should come off the hand (finger flick) with perfect symmetrical backspin (the fingers in the patented channels gives you Perfect Rotation™ every time).

Practice

The Perfect Rotation™ weighted basketball can be used alone or with friends.

If alone you can pick out a target on the ground/court and shoot to it, or lay on your back and shoot into the air to gain repetition and groove muscle memory and strength.

With multiple people you may simply shoot back and forth to your friend /teammate while taking steps backwards to increase your range and strengthen your shooting arm/hand/fingers.
